L. Basralian, Real
Estate: Mr. Basralian is the firm’s managing partner and his
practice covers commercial real estate development, financing, land
use and zoning. In May of 2005, Mr. Basralian received the
Ellis Island Medal of Honor for Philanthropic Contributions. q
Richard
R. Kahn,
Real Estate: Mr. Kahn also practices in the area of commercial
leasing. He has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in
America since 2003 and in Chambers USA, he has been listed as one of
America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2004. Mr. Kahn
was named treasurer of the Masorti Foundation Board, is a member of
the Chancellor’s Council at the Jewish Theological Seminar and is

Peter
G. Banta, Business/Corporate:
Mr. Banta is Of Counsel to the firm and practices in the areas of

Law" for the Libel Defense Resource Center, a 50-State
Survey. Mr. Banta has also been selected as one of the Best

A. Hetherington, III,
Estate Planning: Mr. Hetherington has been a fellow of the
American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 1988. He is
a member of the American and NJ State Bar Association sections on
Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; he has been a member of the
Bergen County Estate Planning Council since 1972 and is a past
President of the Council. q
