Two principals from the Hackensack , NJ law firm of Winne, Banta, Hetherington, Basralian & Kahn, P.C., spoke at the RealShare Industrial East Conference on June 1 and 2, 2005, which was held at the Crowne Plaza Meadowlands in Secaucus , NJ . Winne Banta was a co-sponsor of the conference, which brings together leading industrial owners, investors, developers, service providers and financiers in addition to end users, logistics and supply chain management executives.    

q       Richard Wolloch, facilitated a roundtable on the topic, “Update on New Trends in Property and Liability Insurance.” Mr. Wolloch practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions and insurance.

Stingone, facilitated a roundtable on the topic, “Managing Environmental Issues in Brownfield's Transactions.” He was also a panel member on the panel addressing, “Urban Infill & Brownfield's Development.” Mr. Stingone practices in the areas of environmental law and litigation and land use and planning.
