Partner Michael G. Stingone spoke at Mealey's Conference

 

Partner  Michael G. Stingone spoke at the Mealey's Third Annual Advanced Insurance Coverage Conference on January 24, 2005 on the topic, "Claims for Environmental Damage: Life Beyond CGL Policies."

Mr. Stingone practices in the areas of environmental and real estate law and litigation. His work with clients includes Brownfield acquisitions and environmental compliance matters. He has successfully litigated diverse environmental matters, including the establishment of responsibility and cost recovery for remediation of industrial property. This coming March 3rd, Mr. Stingone will chair the firm's next industry conference on commercial real estate development issues in light of the Highlands Protection Act, Stormwater Regulations and the potential big box moratorium. Conference speakers will include government officials, developers, engineers and attorneys.

Mr. Stingone is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, American Bar Association Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section, the New Jersey State Bar Association Environmental Law Section and the Bergen County Bar Association.
