Partners Speak at the International Council of Shopping Centers Law
Conference
Partners Richard D. Wolloch and Michael G. Stingone led seminars at
the International Council of Shopping Center Law Conference held in
Hollywood, FL from October 27th to the 30th. Mr. Wolloch
spoke on property and liability insurance issues and Mr. Stingone
spoke on environmental insurance.
Mr. Wolloch has significant experience in retail real estate
acquisitions and leasing, financing for both lenders and borrowers,
and post-conversion representation of coop and condominium sponsors.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Real
Property Section and is licensed in New Jersey and New York.
Mr.
Stingone practices in the areas of environmental and real estate law
and litigation. His work with clients includes Brownfield
acquisitions and environmental compliance matters. He has
successfully litigated diverse environmental matters, including the
establishment of responsibility and cost recovery for remediation of
industrial property. Mr. Stingone is licensed in New Jersey and
Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association Natural
Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section, the New Jersey
State Bar Association Environmental Law Section and the Bergen
County Bar Association.
