Principal Bruce R. Rosenberg Appointed Board of Adjustment Attorney for the Borough of Fairlawn, NJ

In January 2006, Principal Bruce R. Rosenberg was appointed as the Board of Adjustment Attorney for the Borough of Fairlawn, NJ. Mr. Rosenberg practices in the areas of commercial real estate, land use and zoning and banking. His experience includes contract negotiations, financings, lease negotiations, land use planning, securing government approvals through municipal, county and state boards and agencies. He has represented numerous financial institutions in connection with the issuance of financing bonds by the New Jersey Health Care Financing Authority, as well as commercial real estate and asset based lending. He is General Counsel to numerous real estate related firms. In the public sector, Mr. Rosenberg has held numerous positions including Borough Prosecutor for Harrington Park and Associate Counsel for the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Borough of Upper Saddle River.
