Negotiating,
packaging and performing for clients (including Hackensack
University Medical Center, Costco, Pep Boys, Hackensack
Golf Club and numerous developers) the legal work on land
development projects (including (a) residential single and
multi-family condominium and non-condominium developments,
(b) office buildings, (c) shopping centers, (d) nursing
homes, (e) houses of worship, (f) warehouses, (g)
self-storage facilities, and (h) schools and other not for
profit facilities).
This
has included work on all phases of:
(1)
contract negotiations,
(2)
financings,
(3)
lease negotiations,
(4)
land use planning,
(5)
development, and
(6)
securing governmental approvals through countless
appearances before municipal, county, and state boards and
agencies, including but not limited to numerous municipal
planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment (including
but not limited to those of Hackensack, Little Ferry,
Oakland, Wyckoff, Oradell, Emerson, Franklin Lakes,
Paramus, Montvale, Park Ridge, Old Tappan and Riverdale),
the Bergen County Department of Planning and Economic
Development, the State Department of Environmental
Protection and the State Department of Community Affairs. |
