The Insurance Defense Practice Group provides an aggressive, yet cost effective approach towards the management of litigation. The Group assists its clients with coverage issues and the evaluation of claims for purposes of setting and maintaining adequate reserves. In addition, The Group is an active part of the investigatory process - an important component in formulating litigation strategy. The Group has been particularly effective in using motion practice to extinguish baseless claims.

We represent the Insurers in all industry sectors, including property and casualty, title insurance, general liability, products liability, professional malpractice, professional errors and omissions, aviation defense and reinsurance. Individual policy holders and publicly traded corporations; The Group has handled a wide variety of actions involving substantial claims.  Members of this practice area are: Carolyn Geraci Frome and R.N.
