Tom Cangialosi has over 20 years experience as lender's counsel in drafting and negotiating all forms of commercial loan documentation for New Jersey, New York and multi-state transactions, including interim and permanent loans, acquisition, site and construction loans, asset based and monitored credit facilities, tax-exempt loans, capital market transactions involving interest rate swaps and ISDA documentation; syndication and participation agreements; negotiation, counseling and documentation of work out and restructuring transactions. Tom has represented leading national and regional lending institutions, including Bank of America, Capital One Bank, Sun National Bank, TD Bank, Valley National Bank and Wells Fargo and is a member of Bank of America's Partnership Alliance and Capital One Bank's Chairman's Club.

Tom also represents developers and clients in the acquisition, development and disposition of properties, including residential subdivisions, shopping centers, single and multi-tenanted warehouses and industrial properties, apartment buildings, office buildings, self-storage facilities and owner-occupied properties. His work also includes the preparation of disclosure documentation, including private placement memoranda for various real estate funds, and other real estate ventures, and the preparation of public offering statements and related documentation for condominium projects.
