Roman Vaccari is an Associate in Winne Banta's Financial Services Legal Group. He devotes a significant part of his practice to representation of non-bank financial services companies and money services businesses in general commercial, litigation and regulatory matters. As a member of the firm's Financial Services Legal Group, he is actively involved in the representation of the Financial Service Centers of America ("FiSCA"), a firm client which is the national trade association for the check cashing and financial service center industry. In addition, he also devotes a part of his practice to the representation of the Financial Service Centers of New York and the New Jersey Financial Service Centers, respectively, the state trade groups representing New York and New Jersey check cashers and financial service centers. He also specializes in federal Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering compliance for non-bank financial institutions, including BSA program development and examination.
