Robert J. Kleeblatt is a partner in the real estate section/division of the firm. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972, and has extensive experience in commercial real estate development, ownership, leasing, acquisition and financing. His broad background in commercial, corporate and partnership law makes him eminently qualified to act in the capacity of general counsel to numerous business and professional entities in the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Kleeblatt has earned the respect of his peers and holds the highest legal rating of AV®.
Mr. Kleeblatt is the former chairperson of the Real Estate Section of the Bergen County Bar Association and has acted as counsel to the City of Englewood and the City of Hackensack, New Jersey. Other representative clients include Kundert Motors, Columbus Properties, Sterling Management, MRH Real Estate Services, Inc., Positive Promotions, Suburban Terrace Condominium Association and NOA Watch Company.
He received his BA from the Pennsylvania State University and his JD from New York University Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He formerly taught business law at Michigan State University and is a member of the New Jersey Bar, Bergen County Bar and the American Bar Association.
