Rita R. Mungioli is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and has extensive experience in all aspects of pre and post trial litigation.
After graduating from law school, Ms Mungioli served as law clerk to the Honorable James G. Troiano, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage. During her clerkship, Ms. Mungioli gained significant experience in a variety of areas, including matrimonial law, juvenile delinquency, post-conviction relief matters.
Ms. Mungioli is a 2001 graduate from The College of New Jersey, where she received her degree in International Business and a minor in Italian. Ms. Mungioli received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004.
