Richard D. Wolloch (Real Estate, Lending, Corporate)

Richard D. Wolloch is a partner in the Real Estate Department of Winne Banta Hetherington Basralian & Kahn, P.C., the oldest law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey. Mr. Wolloch was Real Estate Counsel at Pathmark Supermarkets before entering into private practice.

Mr. Wolloch has significant experience in commercial real estate representing national and regional real estate developers and retailers in acquisition, development and leasing matters and national and regional lenders in both asset-based and credit-based real estate financings.

His article, "Negotiating Commercial Mortgage Commitment Letters," was published in the New Jersey Law Journal in 2003 and his article, "Examining the Latest Trends in Like-Kind Exchanges" was published in Real Estate Weekly in December 2006. He has presented programs at FISCA Conferences, International Council of Shopping Centers Law Conferences and RealShare East Conferences. Mr. Wolloch is a regular contributor to Currents Magazine, the trade publication for the financial services industry.
