Richard R. Kahn (Real Estate, Lending, Commercial Leasing)

Richard R. Kahn is a partner in Winne Banta's Commercial Real Estate Department. His practice concentrates on commercial real estate, including the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, commercial financing and office leasing. Mr. Kahn has extensive experience in shopping center development, in particular supermarket leasing and office leasing.

Mr. Kahn has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America, under Real Estate Law, every year since 2003 by Best Lawyers in America and as one of America's Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers International Legal Directory. He is a member of Bergen County, New Jersey, New York and American Bar Associations. Mr. Kahn is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. A past member of the board and former general counsel of the Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County, he is currently treasurer of the Masorti Foundation and on the Chancellor's Council of the Jewish Theological Seminary (New York).
