R.N. Tendai Richards is a senior associate in Winne Banta's litigation department. He has a broad based practice that involves complex commercial matter in the federal and state courts of New Jersey, as well as cases involving real estate, employment, contract, discrimination, matrimonial, trusts and estates, corporate dissolution, insurance, intellectual property and franchise practices issues. He presents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of context and forums, including arbitration and mediation settings.
Mr. Richards is an active participant in the local community, is involved in several local charities organizations and during, his law school career, actively worked to revive public interest efforts at the Duke University School of Law, including co-authoring the Public Interest Group charter, bylaws and scholarship program. Mr. Richards has been a recipient of various scholarships for outstanding academic achievements and for his work in the public interest arena, including the Martin Luther Kings Scholarship.
