Joseph M. Vigliotti is an Associate in Winne Banta's Real Estate practice group. His practice includes the representation of both buyers and sellers in complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Vigliotti recently assisted in a $1.6 billion dollar ground lease transaction in New York City handled by the firm. In addition, his practice includes the representation of both lenders and borrowers in mortgage and asset based loan transactions. Prior to joining Winne Banta, Mr. Vigliotti was employed at the firm of Strasser & Associates, PC of Paramus as a general practitioner.
Mr. Vigliotti has extensive experience before Federal, state and local legislative bodies. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Vigliotti worked for the legislative branch of every level of government from the County Legislature to the United States House of Representatives.
In law school, Mr. Vigliotti was active in the Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic where he presented low income victims of domestic violence in and around Albany, New York. In college, Mr. Vigliotti had the opportunity to study International Relations in Florence, Italy and is a graduate of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University.
