Ian S. Kleeblatt is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Department. His practice encompasses a broad range of transactions with a particular emphasis on acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial, residential and industrial properties. Mr. Kleeblatt also handles a variety of related matters, including condominium and cooperative law, foreclosures, commercial buy-sell agreements, corporate formations and business successions.
Mr. Kleeblatt received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, 1994 and his J.D. from Touro College, 1997.
