Christine Ranieri Smith is an Associate in Winne Banta's litigation department. Her practice includes representing large and mid-size banking institutions and corporate clients. She has substantial experience in foreclosure matters. Ms. Smith is also experienced in matrimonial maters with a concentration in premarital agreement.
Prior to joining Winne Banta, Ms Smith was an adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall School of Law, Newark New Jersey for five years, where she taught a required second-year course on Appellate Advocacy.
