Carolyn Geraci Frome (Litigation)
Carolyn Geraci Frome is a partner in Winne Banta's litigation department. Ms. Frome is an experienced litigator with a specialty in insurance defense litigation and aviation law. As part of her practice, she handles a variety of matters including premises liability claims, automobile negligence claims, product defect claims, discrimination claims, claims subject to the Montreal Convention, and commercial disputes.
Ms. Frome is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and has successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the International Aviation Womens Association.
