Bruce Rosenberg is a partner in the firm. During his many years of practice, the bulk of his private sector experience has over the years involved negotiating, packaging and performing for clients (including Hackensack University Medical Center, Costco, Pep Boys, Hackensack Golf Club and numerous developers) the legal work on land development projects. The projects have included, among other things, residential single and multi-family condominium and non-condominium developments, office buildings, shopping centers, nursing homes, houses of worship, warehouses, self-storage facilities, schools and other not for profit facilities. Bruce's work includes on all phases of contract negotiations, financings, lease negotiations, land use planning, development, and securing governmental approvals.
Bruce has also appeared before countless municipal, county, and state boards and agencies, including numerous municipal planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment (including but not limited to those of Hackensack, Little Ferry, Oakland, Wyckoff, Oradell, Emerson, Franklin Lakes, Paramus, Montvale, Park Ridge, Old Tappan and Riverdale), the Bergen County Department of Planning and Economic Development, the State Department of Environmental Protection and the State Department of Community Affairs.
Bruce also represents major clients (including Wachovia Bank and Bank of New York) in connection with the issuance of financing bonds by the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority, as well as commercial real estate and asset-based lending.
He currently serves as General Counsel for 280 Prospect Avenue Corporation - The Whitehall Cooperative Building and is proud to serve as the Borough Attorney for Fair Lawn, New Jersey, his home town.
